Newly renovated rooms and pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff at the reception desk. Wonderful continental breakfast with a great food variety. Great and lovely location, next to Teatro Nuovo di Napoli. Extremely good area and exceptional views. 

Well presented hotel, ideal place for exploring Naples. Patient and caring staff members with great service from staff. Very nicely furnished and well-appointed rooms with great view, large breakfast.

Pleasant place, free breakfast, recently renovated rooms. A private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room, marvellous and lovely location. Friendly check in and outstanding service overall.  

Convenient and handy location - nearby a subway station. The rooftop restaurant with a nice view over the bay of Naples.

Beds were hard.

The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, right by Pompeii, Vesuvius and the Amalfi coast, direct metro access, and Napoli / Amalfi / Capri. They gave us well-appointed executive queen room with a balcony. The staff was knowledgeable, best, and 

the room was beautifully presented and brand-new, and location of the hotel was ideal. the staff were really helpful and exceptionally helpful, good services. loved our rooms with very comfortable bed. 

I ate at a pleasant restaurant with breakfast. Fresh bread, cereals, cakes, and fruit were nice as well as the drinks.

Had incredible location close to Toledo metro station, next to Teatro di San Carlo. They offered brand-new and top-class rooms with great views.

Magnificent and unbeatable location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Spent our evenings in nearby Bar Caffetteria Montella, especially when it was rainy outside.

We booked executive double room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: a private safe, a mini-bar and central heating. The continental breakfast was free, had a good choice of options.

Fully equipped classy place, it has nice location really close to tourist attraction, a main shopping street and the metro, and Amalfi Coast and Capri.

I enjoyed the elegant-style building, well airconditioned and nicely equipped room. They provide a continental breakfast with a great selection of options. The view was exceptional, the service was attentive! 

The staff was extremely helpful, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.
